Due to the nature of our business, we unfortunately do not offer return or exchange for change of mind. Please choose carefully when placing your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us on the email below.

Shipping - Australia wide only

In stock and ready made products will be shipped as soon as possible but please allow 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification with your tacking number once your order has been shipped. 

Made to Order.

Processing time on made to order products is currently 5-7 days. On completion, your order will be shipped, and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

Made to order products - currently, please allow 5-7 days.

All posted items will be sent via Australia Post.

Local Pick up.

Local pick up is available, I am located in Tapping, Western Australia.

You will be contacted via email once your order is ready to be collected to confirm pick up day /time. Contactless pick up can also be arranged if requested.
